ENCE Returns & Order Issues is an ENCE-operated system supporting customer returns, product issues, and related evidence handling.

Authorized use

The system and its Google Drive integration are intended for authorized ENCE operational use. Access to connected Google resources is limited to the permissions granted during OAuth authorization.

Customer-support evidence

Evidence submitted through ENCE support workflows may be stored and processed to investigate and resolve returns, order issues, damaged or defective products, and related customer-support requests.

Security and availability

ENCE uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the integration. Service availability may depend on third-party infrastructure, including Google Drive.
