ENCE Returns & Order Issues is an internal ENCE customer-support system used to manage return and product-issue workflows.

Google Drive integration

ENCE uses Google Drive to store and manage evidence files associated with customer-support workflows. The integration requests the limited drive.file permission and is designed to access only files and folders the application creates or is otherwise granted access to.

Google authorization is used only for ENCE operational storage. It is not used for advertising or to train AI models.
